Are reservations required on a tour with MHBT?
Reservations are recommended for every tour we offer.  Make sure you call or check availability on the website prior to the tour as most trips get fully booked as we allow only 8 riders per guide.

How many riders are allowed on a tour?
There is a maximum of 8 riders per guide.

How do I Make a reservation?
Make a reservation by clicking BOOK NOW.   If you are a larger party please contact us with your anticipated day and number of riders.  If want to come on a tour but don't see the time you want available. Please call or email us!  We don't want anyone to miss out on this great experience.

What time should I arrive prior to the tour?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the tour time for bike fitting and a briefing.

Where do we meet for the tours?
All tours begin in downtown Denver at 2301 Champa St., Denver, CO 80205, which is the headquarters of Mile High Bike Tours and Randy's Recycled Cycles.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.  Street attire is great. Try to dress for the weather.  All of our bicycles come with a basket so you can store a jacket

Can I bring my own bike?
Yes, of course and receive $10 off the booking fee.  Don't forget your helmet!  

What type of bikes do you use?
Priority (TM) city bikes which are 3-speed, comfortable, and easy to use.     

How fit should I be?
Don't worry about it!  The bike tour is only mostly flat terrain is flat and although we cover approximately 10 miles it is at a leisurely pace with plenty of stops for the guide to comment about Denver's best attractions and tourist sites.  

Do you have tours in the winter months?
Yes we do tours year-round. Late fall, winter and early spring tour times are 12:00 noon daily. There is a 2 guest minimum to operate a tour.

Do I tip the Guide?
Sure!!  Tips are always appreciated!

What happens if it rains?
Our guided bike tours operate rain or shine.  Your guide will provide rain jackets if necessary.  Please check the weather before coming and dress accordingly!

How long are the rides?
Please allow 2 ½ to 3 hours for each tour which allows a leisurely pace for sightseeing and photographing Denver's main attractions.

What is your cancellation policy?
We’ll give you a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.  

Should I bring my own water bottle?
You sure can!  But we'll have water for you too.

Are MHBT appropriate for Children?
YES!  Children ages 11 or over are welcome accompanied by an adult.
